View RecordsDelaware official systems are record-specific. CourtConnect can search civil dockets by person name, but it is not a statewide “people finder” database.
For a people search in Delaware, use the official source that matches the record you need. Delaware Courts’ CourtConnect can search civil case information by a person’s name, business name or case type. Treat that result as court evidence only, then use the appropriate agency for other record categories.
Use CourtConnect from Delaware Courts.
Add business name or case type if that is the known clue.
Confirm court, case number and dates.
Property, licensing or agency records belong to their own custodians.
A professional-name clue can be checked in Delaware DELPROS License Look-Up. Select Individual, choose the profession and enter the person’s name or partial name; use the license number when you have it. Open the result number and View More Info for details. Extra search criteria must match the database exactly, so an over-specific search can miss a record. Online verification is free.
A DELPROS result verifies a professional-license record, not the person’s residence or a complete background. Numbers beginning L2K or APP are not fully issued licenses. If a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant or psychologist is absent, DPR’s verification guidance provides the relevant interstate compact-privilege checks; absence from the main lookup is not by itself proof of no authority to practice.
For a Kent County property clue, use Kent County PRIDE Property Search with an owner name, map number or street name. Its address search requires a street name and lets you add the street number or municipality; the site’s example is Main rather than Main St. This branch concerns Kent County property, not property across all Delaware counties, and an owner record does not establish where someone currently lives.
A person name appears in a civil court case.
CourtConnect supports judgment-oriented searching.
The docket can show case events.
Do not infer it unless the record itself states a relevant address and the date/context are clear.
Account for suffixes and middle initials.
Identify which Delaware court owns the case.
Use the docket identifier.
Avoid treating an old filing as a current-life fact.
